The high Country is everything you want in an all purpose seasoning. The Plains is good on meats and veggies and the Back Country had the perfect kick without being overwhelming. I thoroughly enjoyed all of these and will be reordering all summer... would recommend to any novice or experienced grilled or smoked meat fan. Two thumbs up for sure!!
